GMK is seeking qualified applicants to fulfill the role of a Architectural Designer/Draftsman capable of being a part of the architectural team and assisting with preparation of architectural drawings for commercial construction. The successful candidate will perform various project-dependent aspects of preparation of plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules and other components of the contract documents.  The candidate shall be capable of coordination with the other team members including mechanical engineering, plumbing engineering, structural engineering, civil engineering and electrical engineering. 

 

GMK is a full-service firm providing planning, architecture, engineering, and interior design services as well as Design/Build Construction and Construction Management. The firm specializes in the design of Healthcare Facilities, Higher Education Facilities, K-12 Schools, Institutional projects and Commercial office buildings.

 

Qualifications

The following skills are necessary for a successful candidate:

​

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic

• Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and consultants
