For 50 years, GMK’s architectural division has been designing for state and local governments, higher education, K-12, healthcare and more. GMK offers a robust staff of more than 70 professionals and support personnel that are available to meet diverse design requirements for our clients’ projects. Most notably, our firm offers a total of five registered architects and seven professional engineers (with specialties in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing). Four of these architectural and engineering professionals, and two others on staff, also offer LEED accreditation. Additionally, our firm is staffed with design-build project managers, dedicated construction administration professionals, interior designers, seasoned cost estimators, and full-time support staff for marketing, accounting, and office management/ administration functions to augment our architectural and engineering resources.
In conjunction with our engineering disciplines, GMK’s architecture team boasts a long-term portfolio of more than $4.5 billion in total projects.
