GMK is seeking qualified applicants to fulfill the role of an Architectural Intern, capable of assisting with projects from conceptual planning through completion of construction as it pertains to the design of commercial buildings. The successful candidate will perform various project-dependent aspects of architectural design services including:

​

• For new construction and renovation projects, assistance with production of contract documents and technical specifications

• Assistance with conceptual design

• Assistance with 3D models and studies

• Pursue IDP

 

GMK is a full-service firm providing planning, architecture, engineering, and interior design services as well as Design/Build Construction and Construction Management. The firm specializes in the design of Healthcare Facilities, Higher Education Facilities, K-12 Schools, Institutional projects and Commercial office buildings.

Qualifications

The following skills are necessary for a successful candidate:

• Revit and AutoCAD

• Excellent communication skills and a strong team ethic

• Ability to interact professionally with colleagues, clients and consultants
