As a project superintendent in GMK’s design-build division, Mr. Cooper runs the on-site, day-to-day operations at individual construction sites and controls the short-term construction schedule. Over his 30-year career within the construction industry (all with GMK Associates), Mr. Cooper has proven his abilities in coordinating all site construction activities and supervising all field personnel as required to successfully complete projects on schedule and within budget. He is further responsible for important quality control and subcontractor oversight responsibilities. Mr. Cooper works closely with GMK design-build project managers for project finance-related tasks (especially labor and material cost control) and long-term project scheduling.
