As president (emeritus) of GMK’s design-build division, Mr. Berry brings 35+ years of design and construction experience to the team and consults on the firm's complex design-build project efforts. His vision of this alternative delivery method and trend-setting belief in its ability to provide clients with up-front pricing and “go, no-go” opportunities throughout design have ensured its success for GMK since 1985 and created a viable design/construction delivery alternative never more relevant than to today’s facility owner. As a direct result of Mr. Berry’s leadership, the Design-Build Division has a proven track record for delivering their projects on time and under budget. Mr. Berry is a registered engineer with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Clemson University.
