Mr. Roché possesses 20 years of mechanical and plumbing design experience and contributes flexibility and commitment to the GMK team. He provides primary support in the design of plumbing and HVAC systems for the majority of GMK’s projects. Mr. Roché’s focus involves complex domestic water systems, comprehensive plumbing infrastructure, medical gas systems, specialized plumbing equipment and fixtures, mechanical piping, fire protection systems, HVAC ductwork, and other mechanical designs. He also produces CAD drawings, REVIT models, calculations, and specifications for the projects he touches. Mr. Roché holds a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from the University of South Carolina and is a LEED® Accredited Professional through the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI).
