Ashley Dunn
Project Administrator
Ms. Dunn serves as a project administrator for GMK’s construction services division with primary responsibility for tracking and reporting program and project status by phase for GMK’s multi-year, large-scale capital construction program management efforts for the Richmond County School System in Augusta, GA. Based on her strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills, Ms. Dunn provides critical administration, coordination, and management of the key operational functions of the GMK Augusta office. She further oversees all media, school board, and public relations associated with firm’s program management services for the District and prepares project-specific and office-related correspondence, informational packages, and presentation materials (including the creation of various data reports, budget spreadsheets, and other visual aids). Ms. Dunn possesses a total of 12 years of experience (9 with GMK) in all facets of communications, media relations, and office management. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a bachelor of science degree in Journalism and has completed additional coursework in project management fundamentals at Augusta State University. She is also a Notary Public commissioned in the state of Georgia.
