Gavin Hoffman joined GMK in 2023 as an architectural designer with 3 years of experience in the technical drafting and construction industry. In this role, he supports GMK’s architectural division with high-quality 3D renderings, building model images, and other building documentation for all phases of design projects. His key technical strengths include “bringing designs to life” through a variety of relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Lumion, among other graphics software packages. Gavin holds a bachelor of science degree in building science and sustainable design (with a concentration in architectural technology), as well as an associate of applied science degree in architecture technology, both from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Gavin relocated to South Carolina after serving as a technical drafter with a midsize generalist architectural design, master planning, and interior design firm founded in the 1950s that serves clients nationwide through locations in Pennsylvania and Maryland. He also gained construction industry experience as a construction intern with multiple general contractors while completing his studies.
