As a subconsultant to LTC Associates, Inc., GMK Associates was retained to provide professional engineering services for the new 518 Smokehouse BBQ. GMK’s scope includes provide design-build level MEP plans/specifications for the new approximately 9,500-square-foot BBQ restaurant (with dining room, kitchen, smokehouse, and two gas fire pits) to be located in Chapin, SC. The mechanical system will be a Split System heat pump and possible packaged unit for the kitchen area with HVLS fans and gas heaters for the outdoor porch area.
