Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Ms. Mills is a detail-oriented and customer-focused administrative professional who has supported divisional operations across GMK for over 27 years. She currently serves as the firm’s receptionist and “voice” of GMK responsible for client/vendor interface and directing incoming calls and visitors. She further plays a key support role for GMK’s accounting department with a variety of administrative and contract administration tasks. These include electronic and paper file management for GMK’s accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, as well as general office operational and management tasks. Prior to joining GMK, Ms. Mills held a variety of secretarial, bookkeeping, and medical office coordination roles with companies throughout the Columbia, SC, area. She holds an associate of science degree in accounting from the University of South Carolina and has completed industry-specific IT and accounting software training in support of her professional functions.
