Mr. Bennett is a seasoned construction industry professional with more than 40 years of experience overseeing the day-to-day on-site management of all aspects of large construction project efforts. He has served as a project superintendent for GMK’s design-build division for close to 12 years and has been responsible for on-site supervision of major construction efforts primarily in the healthcare, higher education, and commercial sectors. Mr. Bennett is adept as complex construction task coordination/scheduling and flexible problem solving to ensure the projects under his purview are completed on time and exceed Owner expectations. He also offers specialized expertise in trim carpentry, door/window systems, and associated hardware installation, and he is particularly skilled in both detailed punch list development and resolution and renovations/repairs within historic structures. Mr. Bennet previously has served as a site superintendent for multiple major General Contracting firms in the Southeast and is a Licensed General Contractor in the State of South Carolina.
