As director of GMK’s construction services division, Mr. Morgan supervises all construction management programs for the firm, including large-scale building program project planning, and construction. He also is responsible for all aspects of project design development, budgeting, scheduling, and program communication issues. In addition to program management, Mr. Morgan supervises contract administrators who provide contract oversight for the company’s individual engineering and architectural projects. He further provides quality assurance for all projects that come under the purview of GMK’s construction services division, including extensive involvement on the firm’s long-term relationship with Richmond County Schools in Georgia. Mr. Morgan has more than 32 years of construction industry experience, all with GMK. He is a certified construction manager (CCM) and a licensed general contractor in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia. Mr. Morgan holds a bachelor of science in civil engineering from The Citadel and has completed both the Basic Course and Advanced Course through the US Army Engineer School.
