Mr. Crocker provides project management and design coordination for a variety of GMK’s design-build projects within the public and private sectors. He possesses more than 18 years of experience in both mechanical systems design and construction project management and has established a strong reputation for customer-focused service delivery. His primary duties include overseeing budgeting, scheduling, and construction activities for government, healthcare, higher education, and private-sector projects. Recent projects that he has managed include the South Carolina Farm Bureau roof replacement, Richland County Upper Township Magistrate’s Office, and the University of South Carolina School of Medicine (Educational Trust) MedPark 4 office renovations. Mr. Crocker holds a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of South Carolina, and has developed significant expertise in HVAC, plumbing, and fire system designs.
