James R. Dooley
Mr. Dooley joined GMK as a design-build project superintendent in 2014 and possesses close to 35 years of relevant construction industry expertise and experience. He has a well-established track record of successfully overseeing all phases of project construction from initial groundbreaking through substantial completion and close-out, including subcontractor scheduling, material/equipment ordering, Owner interaction/reporting, and construction task, budget, and schedule coordination. Projects he has managed for GMK have ranged from small renovations to major, multi-million-dollar construction efforts within the healthcare, higher education, and government markets, among others. Prior to joining GMK, Mr. Dooley oversaw renovation and new construction projects ranging from office spaces and stand-alone retail structures to supermarkets, restaurants, and church facilities. Mr. Dooley possesses multiple specialized construction skills and is fully trained in construction site safety in addition to being certified in site erosion prevention and sediment control.
