Our team of architects, cost estimators, design and construction project managers, construction engineers, and field representatives monitor and control every step of a project, ensuring a more seamless process and amiable relationship between designer and contractor. Because we are actively pricing and buying materials in order to build our projects, GMK cost estimates reflect real-time pricing – critical in this economic landscape.

Under the design-build method, GMK Design-Build assumes total responsibility for project planning, design, scheduling, energy-efficiency engineering, cost control and construction, including specific disciplines like civil, structural, fire protection, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, landscaping and irrigation services.
